About us The Centre for Intercultural Competence Centre Rhineland-Palatinate (IKOKU) was founded in 2001 as a non-profit organisation. The head-office is situated at the county administration of Kusel. Our aim is to offer information and support in the field of intercultural management. We train school teachers, managers and staff of organisations and companies. By providing intercultural competence, we enable clients to be successful in the global marketplace. We also raise the public’s awareness of racism and prejudice in order to integrate persons with a migrational background into our society. IKOKU delivers customised concepts for internationalisation of businesses and organisations. Our programmes are constantly updated. Our specialised programmes support international human resource development on the one hand and the individual’s practical qualification on the other. Our co-operation with the University of Hildesheim guarantees that our concepts and products meet high standards. IKOKU can refer to more than 20 years of research in this area. |
