Placement Centre for Elder Job Seekers

Throughout Germany, there is a big gap in the employment of elder persons. In addition to this, elder persons remain jobless for a relatively long time.

The intention of this centre is to find a renewed access to the job market and to establish new perspectives for SGB II recipients, who often have difficulties to reenter the job market. After intensive interviews and the analysis of skills and weaknesses, application documents are written, job offers investigated and contacts to possible employers are made.

During these placement measures, there is also the possibility to show practical capability in businesses and to test the potential new work. This means is state-aided for one year by the ministry of labor, social affairs, families and women in Rhineland-Palatinate.
